I have taken Pilates myself for many years and when I started working on a yard I found the type of exercise very helpful, along with treatments in correcting asymmetries my body was developing, it also helped me become aware of my own body. Which is something all riders are consistently wanting and needing to improve on.

This lead me and I am so grateful to Lindsay Wilcox Reid at Equipilates, as I wanted more insight to how it can benefit riders of all disciplines and levels. I am also a firm believer after many burnouts on doing something for yourself and that there are two athletes in the dressage boards or jumping course.

Hello everyone, my name is Amy Tickle the face behind TopLine Pilates.
I have recently qualified as a Equi Pilates trainer and Biomechanics instructor. I have ridden from the age of 2, came up through Pony Club mainly eventing. Switched to solely to Dressage in 2014, with success up to Medium level. Hoping to progress further with my younger horse.
